Return Policy

Delivery: All pallets are shipped via common carriers and include curbside delivery only. Inside delivery and white glove services are not included.

Cancellations: Orders canceled after shipment (excluding cases of freight damage) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Inspection at Delivery: To avoid restocking or redelivery fees, please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Note any damage, shortages, or overages on the proof of delivery before signing.

Reporting Damage: Any issues must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt to qualify for return authorization or an additional discount.

Late Reports: Claims submitted after 3 business days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable return shipping charges.

Return Window: Eligible returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.
